IN TREATING NON-SPECIFIC CASES OF
LAMENESS AMONG EQUINES (In Brief)
Dr. Rakesh Pattu, BVSc & AH Study on File 9/20/2005

study was to test the efficacy of the ingredients in Serraquin ES15™ in ameliorating their condition.
SERRAQUIN ES15™ was formulated for Steel Horse Formulations LLC

2 Heart Throb Sprain Ligament Knee LF No Response
3 Power On Sprain Ligament Lumbar Region Responded
4 Answer Sprain Muscle Should LF Responded
5 Montgomery Hero Tendinitis RF Responded
6 Picardo Sprain Ligament Stifle RH Responded
4) Hematological, urine and fecal examination was carried out during pre and post trial period. No
significant hematological, urine or fecal parameter changes were noted.
Conclusion:
Since the results are quite encouraging, a comparative study on a larger number of animals to
further determine its efficacy on bone, tendon, ligament and muscle related conditions.

Dr. Surajit Basu BVSC & AH
In a study of a 16-year-old gelding and a 7-year-old mare, both presenting with lameness, the
combination of proteolytic enzymes in Serraquin ES15™ demonstrated effectiveness in reducing pain &
inflammation. In addition, the product demonstrates fibrinolytic activity and improves microcirculation to the affected areas.
