Ingredients:

Probiotic Yeast

S. boulardii

A probiotic yeast first isolated in 1923 from lychee and mangosteen, this beneficial tropical yeast is one of the most studied probiotics and frequently used to support gastrointestinal health.

SBO Probiotics

B. coagulans LBSC, B. subtilis PLSSC, and B. clausii 088AE

Probiotics originally found in soil and known for their protective endospore that acts as a shell that provides protection for the probiotic through processing, packaging, and stomach acid, to deliver more good bacteria to the gut, where it is most needed.

Lactic Acid Probiotics

L. acidophilus 033AE, L. plantarum 022AE, L. casei 118AE

Probiotics found in fermented foods like yogurt and kimchi and known for their pervasive presence in most guts, these probiotics deliver diversity and repopulate a depleted gut.

Prebiotics

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS):

Short chains of plant-based sugars that occur naturally in onions, garlic, asparagus, bananas, and artichokes. Because they are not digestible, FOS travel intact to the colon and provide nourishment for probiotics so they can thrive and multiply in the gut.

Pumpkins + Carrots

Rich in antioxidants, beta carotene, and vitamins A, C, and E, these superfoods are a tasty and nutrient dense way to improve your equine and canine's well being.

    The fix for stubborn diarrhea

Beautiful mare Journey (on the right) is a sensitive mare, requiring a kind hand. When a new load of hay arrived it turned out that her gut also was sensitive. No one had trouble with the hay but Journey had terrible gas and diarrhea that stained her hind legs. I am an equine nutritionist; I used my usual tools but nothing worked. I was on the 4th probiotic when Steelhorse released Probioquin. Within 3 days on Probioquin the diarrhea resolved. At one week the gas was gone. Happy mare!
